Are you tired of feeling depressed, disconnected, sick and uncomfortable in your body?
Are you ready to claim your power and wisdom?
Folk Rituals & Remedies is a class series that meets once a month
April - September in downtown Northampton, MA
Together, we will:
I was experiencing a lot of anxiety, racing thoughts and didn't know how to recharge and refresh when I found myself depleted and tired. I often felt pulled in a lot of different directions at once and guilty for being so unfocused.
Working with Glad Heart Herbals will give you an invaluable sense of intimacy with yourself. You'll enter into a conversation with your body that will help you create a lifestyle tailored to what YOU need. Whether it's a new way of thinking about rest or a better understanding of the way food affects you or a deeper awareness of what you need day by day, the work will stay with you for the rest of your life.
The top benefit I'd say is a huge sense of understanding and compassion for myself. I'm not broken or lazy or ditzy. Being unfocused or anxious is a signal, a communication. After working with Adrie, I know have a set of tools to respond to these symptoms with care. Also, I know better what kind of lifestyle works for me. " - Susan Heyward, actress in OITHNB and Harry Potter: The Cursed Child
This course is suitable for beginner to intermediate level.
No prior experience at all is necessary, all are welcome.
